It's appears to be from from a branched antler bull elk that wandered up and over Snoqualmie Pass from GMU 334.

 Also think elk,but very possible of anything,when I see it I see knife handle.seems big spikes work good for that.
Two birds in the Bush is always better than one in the hand-that way you can always go to the Bush and hunt another day .conservation=Better hunting.

For comparative analysis, here are some pierce county green belt sheds as well. Found on private property that holds elk most of the year.
