I went through that except with a cow elk not a big bull. Scary stuff!
My interpretation of the rules are open to interpretation.
Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken.

I can relate to hitting an elk in a pickup on i90. Itís stinking scary as hell. Glad heís ok
