My Selkirk moose
« on: November 04, 2017, 09:49:07 PM »
After 20 years of applying I was lucky enough to get drawn this year for any moose for Selkirk.  Shot my moose this weekend, he measures 44.5" wide.  It was a fun hunt!  I hunted 5 days and saw 4 bulls.  I planned on hunting hard the last few weeks of November but now I'm all done!

Congratulations on a very nice bull. I had the tag 3 years ago and it was a lifelong experience tagging a bull with my son. Wish they would let me do it every year! :chuckle: What area did you find him in?

Congratulations and a job well done. I'm understanding now all the work you put in to your hunt. I finally got drawn after 22 years.  I got a any moose in Aladdin unit and starting my hunt Nov. 10. I hope I do well!  Randy
