New to duck hunting
« on: November 10, 2017, 12:56:11 PM »
Hello all,

I'm a Army veteran located in Battle Ground, Wa. Looking for a place besides Ridgefield to hunt ducks or geese. I have a boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked out The Fallen Outdoors on facebook. Lots of hunts get posted by other military vets including myself. Some happen down in your area as well

There are a couple decent spots on Vancouver lake that you can take a boat. Otherwise Shillapoo has several blinds. Other SW WA options for hunting from a boat are Silver Lake and the Columbia River with access to hunt-able areas near Cathlamet.  Hope that helps and good luck!

I've a good friend in Vancouver that regularly hits the big river with me. We both have boats and are more than happy to show you the areas.  Both veterans with plenty of area knowledge. Primarily late season diver hunts with a steady group of fellas for enjoyable party hunts. Shoot me a message with a contact
