Again I encourage anyone who bid early on in this auction but dropped out to donate your last bid to the go fund me page.  That's what I did with my last bid that was at $600.

I'd like to share a little bit about the Wilder family and what kind of people they are.  Jeremie came from a family with little means.  He was taught hard work and that has served him well.  He has a good job, and lives a good life.  One thing that has been hard for Jermie throughout this whole process is that he is always preached to his boys that you do not take handouts but you give hand UPS whenever you can. You work hard and you earn what you have.  So to have all this outpouring of support and generosity has kind of been tough for him to accept. I think any proud hard-working man would probably feel that way.

I just spoke to him on the phone a little bit ago just to give him a heads up on what is going on and he informed me that after speaking with Corey, Danielle is going to take the money that he donated to them and spend it all to buy Christmas presents for all the other kids in the Ronald McDonald House. Because while they are having their own Financial struggles they know that there are others out there who have it far worse.  There are families living there fighting battles just as bad or far worse that don't have the support like what is being shown here.

Situations like this prove that they're still amazing people in this world if we actually open your eyes and look. Merry Christmas to all of you and yours!

it's a shining example in a great lesson for him to teach his boys that no matter how bad life is, you need to be thankful for what you do have and to always help those less fortunate however you can. I'm not going to lie when he told me that over the phone I had to really fight to keep my stuff together.

Full disclosure when you posted that I got a little choked up.

I always tell my kids it's not how many times you get knocked down, what matters is how many times you get back up.

Never give up.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

I had to tap out.  I did $600 to the go fund me account and still have top bid at $425 for the wood framed muley pic.

Maybe a couple of the guys that got outbid can team up and push this thing a little higher.

Totally and completely awesome!

Just had a friend depart this mortal plane this week after she battled cancer hard for three years. Heartbreaking. Then, just found out yesterday that my wife’s mother’s cancer has come out of remission and she’ll have to undergo aggressive chemo again. We need to eradicate cancer!  #f-cancer!!! Prayers sent for this kiddo.

Got awfully quiet in here.  Someone needs to give The Jon a little run for his money :chuckle:

Remember this one ends at 7pm tonight.
