Yes.   I love my therma rest ultralite cot.  It makes for better sleep on the backcountry trips.   For cold weather trips I also pack a Thermarest NeoAir to lay on top of it for extra warmth on the cold/snowy trips.  But, the cot alone is fine for most trips.   I spend 15-20+ nights in the backcountry on mine per year.
