Here's the contest......$20 to enter for ALL of your Non-resident/out of state hunts(one fee covers all hunts).  You can either paypal the money to an account set up for him at killthetumor@gmail.com  or mail me a check. Some funds will be lost to fees if paypal is used, not much but some. PM me with your interest and I will get that payment information/mailing address to you.  I will collect the funds and about once a week or so, I will send the money to Joshua's family or into that account provided below.   Those that enter will be listed in this sticky thread .   The winner of the contest will get a signed cap from Josh, we will secure that one way or another, and if there are any other donations for the winner, we will accept those as they come in to sweetin the pot and will contimue to list them

-The contest will begin with the up and coming seasons 2008 license year.  The contest will end midnite Dec 31st.  Some seasons will not have run yet or may still be open, buthte contest is over at this time.
-Any animal recognized and measured by Pope and Young or Boone and Crocket will be eligible.
-The animals scores will be compared to the world record of each animal for each method of collection and for each category nontyp/typical etc.  The score will be turned into a ratio and the one closest to the New world record, or the one that beats the new world record by the largest score.  WINS
-Anyone that is hunting a Non-resident hunt is eligible.   That means if you are from Montana and hunting Idaho, you are eligible.  If you are from Texas and hunting Colorado, you are eligible.  If you are from Washington, the animal must be from out of state.   Washington state hunters that are interested in donating but are not going out of state can donate to a link that we will get posted on here shortly.
Entrys will be judged on the honor system by the Boone and Crockett club or Popes, scoring system.  These MUST be fairchase hunts as outlined by those scoring systems.
Similiar to the Washington contest, I would like a committee of judges to be formed.   These judges are elible for the contest.   They reserve the right to reject a trophy if an issue arrives or have it measured by another party.  (Where's the lawyer, this is a pain to write)  If one of the committee members  trophies is in t he top ten, then they will be replaced with another member to take their spot on the committee.    The overal top ten entries will need to be officially scored bya Boone or Pope measurer. This may be adjusted to top 5 if there are not that many contestants.
The committee reserves the right to adjust or add rules during the contest if needed.
I was going to put a deadline on when your funds needed to be in for the contest, but since this is an honor system, at this time I would like to keep the contest open for more applicants if possible as this is a fund raiser.  PLEASE have your funds in prior to hunting.  You must have your application in before harvesting in order tfor the animal to be eligible for entry into the contest.
This Cup may become an annual event to help someone in need.
I would love to have at least 3 more folks on this committee just in case an issue arrives and the judging begins.  Pleas elet me know if you are interested.   I can't think of much you will have to do other than that.   I will try to be in charge of the sticky to help with photos etc. withthe contest .  If Joshua becomes an instant Millionaire and is no longer in need of funds, then the committe will reserve the right to help out someone else in misfortune.

Since this is for folks going out of state to hunt, those that are not, but want to contribute may do so at the following information.  If you need clarification about the electronic transfers, contact Robodad as this information was provided by him.  It would be cool if you do donate, to put a comment from yourself inicating who you are and that you are form this site, so that he might know where the generosity is coming from.

THANK YOU ALL FOR PARICIPATING.

This contest just really helps sink in the fact that I am not hunting out of state this year.  For the first time since 98' I don't have some sort of a tag for either WY. or MT.....although I am on the alternates list for MT. (Ya right!)  I will do my best to contribute anyway.....it's all about the cause in the end anyway.

I believe the link to join the contest and submit additional money for Josh is this one:
massivemuleys@fairpoint.net

The other link created by Robodad to send it to a Bank in Josh's name is this one:
killthetumor@gmail.com this link will not get you into the contest but it will get you into our grace and esteem.

Thanks All

Actually it will get you into the contest as I will forward the deposit information to Bone so he can put you on the list.

I just set up this pay pal account for Josh and linked it directly to his benefit account so any of you would have no doubt as to where it is going, If you feel better sending it to massivemuleys@fairpoint.net that is completely fine, you will still be in the contest either way. there are just two routes to send the money that is all.

Thanks KillBilly for posting the links !!!
