Thanks to Aaron Blanchard for giving it all for us 3 years ago today. What a mixed up and sad day that was. Thank you to Karl and Michael, and the rest of Aaron's family for their sacrifices for our great nation. I can't imagine what they've been through. I know we all miss Colockumelk, dearly.

It's hard to believe it's been that long. Time flies. RIP.

RIP, Aaron.

It's hard to believe it has been that long, I know there was a HUGE outpouring of support by the people on this board for his family and loved ones left behind. Might be nice to get some sort of update if possible.

RIP Captain. :salute:
:yeah: My little brother and Aaron went to school and ROTC together. I never met him and just knew him from the forum, but it's a damn shame that we have lost so many good people like him over in the big sandbox. My brother is over there now and I seen he posted a picture of Aaron on his Facebook page this morning remembering Aaron. My thoughts are with BLR and the rest of Aaron's family today and I'm truly thankful for Aaron and all of the others that have made the ultimate sacrifice, so the rest of us can continue to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

I, like many others here, still think of Aaron frequently. He's in our hearts, Karl, as are all of your family.
