When looking at a photo in your camera roll there are four icons at the bottom. From left to right - Send, Favorite, Edit, Delete. Select Edit (it looks like three horizontal sliders). Now you have 6 options on the bottom - Cancel, Crop/rotate, filters, light/color, markup/edit and done. You can resize by clicking on the the second icon (crop/rotate).

Hope that's what you were asking.

If he meant how to change file size so they are not 1mb files when you only need 100k files ??   I don't know of a way to do this other than emailing them to yourself or downloading an app.

Oh my bad. Not that I know of.

You could email to yourself and re-save to phone... When you email it, you get to select from 4 different file sizes. Kind of a roundabout way but you can do it all from your phone at least.

email them to your phone regular jpg then get the free photo resizer app and resize the photo that way.. very simple and you dont have to resize all your photos just ones you want to post.. it will keep the original photo plus you will have the resized photo to post anywhere..
