Hey there folks,
2nd year hunting. picked up an elk tag just because and im curious as to if anyone has any area around 2 hours of tacoma that could be good? looking for weekend hunts seeing as im new to the job im at and have no pto.
not looking for trophies just meat for the winter. any suggestions? thanks in advance.

Here is the 2016 elk harvest report with units, number of elk harvested with each weapon, success rates, etc.

Get onx maps so you know where it's legal to hunt.

West, modern. looking for something less than  hours from tacoma seeing as i have no pto and only weekend hunting.

Try 416? I think it is, or could shoot up to elbe mashel area?
