I gave up on this stuff, just won't hold the vanes on my shafts. Two shots max before the vanes fly off.

I’ll have to look when I get home because I can’t remember the name of it, but I’ve had great results with it.

That’s the same problem I ran into my last batch I did. I’ve had really good results with black eagles glue but my bottle dried up. Just looking for something that I won’t have to order.

Flexfletch flex bond! Nothing better IMO
-
Blue loctite superglue gel.

I think I’m gonna try the locktite superglue gel. Really any super glue should work rite?

saunders npv glue

Flexfletch flex bond has been my go to glue for over 20 years. That stuff is great. I have never had one problem with it.

I've had great results with Saunders NPV Arrowmate.
One thing I've always done is I store my glues in the fridge.
They seem to last longer.

That's what I've been told. Currently using AAE max bond and their primer pen only because I ordered some vanes from them.
Gorilla glue superglue also seems to get decent reviews.
From what I've read prepping vane and shaft with a primer pen makes the most difference.

Flexfletch Flexbond, but make sure you prep your shafts good by wiping down with alcohol. Used Acetone for years until I was told you absorb it thru your skin. Never had a fletch come off when shooting.

Interesting. I've never had a problem with this stuff. I clean all my feathers/vanes with denatured alcohol before applying the glue. I have shot thousands of arrows, never once had a vane or feather fall off. Never thought of using super glue, must be able to fletch an entire arrow in minutes.

I use AAE and Max Bond. My wife shot thru the ram at Redding a few years ago. I could see her X-!0 from the side stuck in the plywood. I used my leathermen pliers to pull the X-11 out of the plywood by the fletch. She finished shooting the arrow for the next 2 days. No damage. How do you spell STUCK!!!

Plain old superglue for me, cheap, easy to find, and have never had a vane fail.

Good results with Gorilla Superglue. Don't forget to clean the shaft with rubbing alcohol. I also wipe down the fletching after it's in the jig, just before I apply glue.

Gorilla Super Glue with the brush.
Can't beat it at four bucks a bottle.
