Sad to say I don't need to this year  :'(  First time in 33 year I didn't get out. Oh well, son is taking Hunter's Safety this Summer so "I shall return!!" Hope you all had a great season. I'm already looking forward to the next one.

Any thoughts as to why we actually still have a snow goose report card to fill out and return???

Free report for the state and easy way to collect harvest data on the snows.  You shouldn't have to write them down or turn them in, in my opinion.

I think its more of an easy way for the state to stick you with a fine if you don't have your card filled out properly while you're in the field. I get brant, its a short controlled season dependant on bird numbers. Seaducks is tolerable as their numbers aren't what they once were but the snows aren't hurting, theres no reason to maintain that card. :twocents:

Not only that but to stick it to you when you don't get it in on time and have to pay the extra fee on top of that

Have any of you report online through https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov ? I still couldn't report from there, it just says "No active harvest reports"...

This is the site that I reported mine on.  You have to login with the information you set up.  Drop down to reports and big game and waterfowl all come up.

Thanks for the reminder.  I was thinking I entered mine but looked and they are not.  Of course, they are not in my ammo bag where they have resided for the bulk of the season....  Luckily I can remember what I shot for sea ducks since there were not too many....  I'll have to call tomorrow.  :-(

My favorite part is that you log in and it has every bit of data on you.....except the number on the top of the card.  With all the cards for the whole family for hunting and fishing, it can take a while to track them all down.
