Just like the title says, I am putting on a free spring bear hunting seminar to those interested Saturday, March 10th from 2.30 to 3.30 pm at the conference room at Tulalip Cabelas.
Come one, come all. No need to sign up, just show up. I am sure we will be discussing bear hunting in general as well. Looking forward to meeting some more huntwa guys and gals.
Good luck in the drawing!

Too bad you for X-Force, I am drawing this year! :tung: :tung:

I was hoping he was going to cover strategies for drawing with one point.

Points for me this year, daughter getting married, and son graduating Navy OCS.
Good luck everyone.

Just an fyi, it is still on, but wont be in the conference room (scheduling issue). It should be set up over by the mountain display in the center of the store. Same bat time, same bat channel.

Just finished the class! Was very informative and I learned a lot. Couldn’t stick around to ask questions but one would be on how to accomplish a bear hunt on a budget/first timer i.e what gear is really needed and cheaper routes on processing the bear?

I wanted to thank everyone who showed up for this. The crowds keep getting bigger and bigger for these events. Love to see all the hopeful and experienced bear hunters out there. Hopefully, next time we will be back in the conference room so the slide show isn't so washed out from the lights.
Thanks again! Oh and Hawkins1375, sending you a PM.

Canning bear meat is my favorite. Buy quart jars, cube to 1” squares. Salt and pepper, when ready to eat, heat and put over rice.
