U guys got my blood pumping can't wait till season opens its gonna be a good year I only got 2 weekends I can go until deer starts so it's gonna be a quick one for me!

hopfully we get some sun or the berrys will be poor. I hope the black berrys are ripe before elk season. It sucks when the prime berry season is durring elk season.

I noticed the wild strawberries are coming in nicely where ive been scouting. Im hoping my bear will taste like strawberry jam  :chuckle:

The sun gods have answered our prayers! Supposed to be sunny for the next 9 day's anyway. I wish this ankle would heal enough for me to get out and scout. This really sucks!

Nope!  That's what I have FC and my 13 y.o for! :chuckle: Actually I can drive it just fine, It's getting in and out that hurts a little.

man im excited as all hell about bear season.it will not only b my first bear but my first archery hunt.im fixin on gettin dropped off up in pend orielle cnty for a week right in the start.i think i know where some good ones are.i just have no idea how to keep the meat good in this heat.any advice would be greatly appreciated

I seem to see more bears in the evening hours anyway so i think ill just stick to hunting after work.

Took the gf and 2yr old out for a drive tonight and seen the first bear of the year  :IBCOOL: would have been an easy pack and even easier shot
