My trigger finger is itchin' somthin' fearce.  I will be in NE WA opening weekend but I am taking my bow just in case.  After that, I will be all over Ft Lewis.

I will have to check on it, but, the way I see it, with Archery, I can hunt for bear no matter what the other season is, as long as I use my bow and don't get stupid and drop the wrong animal.  That means I can hunt from 1 Aug straight through to 15 Nov, or until I fill, at least, one bear tag.  I'm PUMPED!!!!!!!!

Man i wish the NE and the SE would open in August. My buddy has a cinnamon at his place up north and there is a blonde on my inlaws ground down south.  I have a problem waiting for september and usually settle on a black in august on the east slope.

I'm pumped thinking of by cle elum again got to look to see if it is a eastside bear area. Hunting later colville. So know were the bears are on the coast or  Randle to trout lake. Will be calling only built a bunch of calls this year so i can hunt more. Going to use elk calls a bunch and my Closed reed for Raspy distress. Put a new scope on my Browning stainless stalker 270 short magnum. It is a nikon monarch 2.5 x 10 x 42 wich i use for calling on my 22-250. Very excited this is what i live for calling predators. Yes, Cool pic.

I was in the WDFW office at Mill Creek today and saw a mounted bear cub and a mountain lion cub also mounted up.  I asked if someone really shot the little buggers and they said they were actually road kill that they had taxidermied for educational purposes.  Cute when they are that small.  Too bad they grow up to be fawn killers and worse...
