Used to be, most got shot out over the last 6 summers or so. Few straggler big boys around.

For whatever reason there is a elkless void North of Ellensburg and South of Wenatchee. But in the Observatory area and the Blues. Man there's some big elk there. Blues have always been big. But man that Observatory area is just exploding in its big bull population.

For whatever reason there is a elkless void North of Ellensburg and South of Wenatchee. But in the Observatory area and the Blues. Man there's some big elk there. Blues have always been big. But man that Observatory area is just exploding in its big bull population.

Don't listen to him, I shot the only elk in the Observatory last year.  A spike at that.
