I'd take a look at the Hodgdon H1000 powder out of your 7mm.  My dad has a 7mm rem mag and I have a 7mm WSM and the H1000 is a slow burning powder and extremely accurate with both of those cartridges.  We've shot a lot of different powders including IMR 4831 and the H1000 produces more consistent velocitys round after round with as little as 10fps variance and max of 20fps variance between rounds.  A lot of powders are 30-50 fps difference especially when the gun gets hot.   Lower pressures too with the powder and you'll get more speed if you want it.  I shoot 69gr of H1000 with a 160 Nosler Accubond and it's 2850 with a 23" barrel on my Browing X Bolt.  Add an inch to that barrel and you'd be close to 2950. Just something to think about.

Also, do you full length resize or neck size? You'll get a more consistent load if you neck size.  However, if you ever share rounds with someone be careful because it may not fit their chamber once it's expanded to yours.  Doesn't seem like that would ever be an issue, but the milling of the chamber on your gun vs someone elses may be within a thousandinth but just enough where it won't fit a round.

I loaded this exact setup earlier this summer and I've had unbelievable accuracy with 63 gr IMR 4831 and the 162 gr SST. I also use 63 gr IMR 4831 and the 154 gr Interbonds with the same accuracy. Both loads are producing 1/2" - 3/4" groups at 100 yards and 1+" at 200 yards. I hammer clay pigeons at 300 all day long.
