After hearing Jason's calls at Yelps, I decided to order the 6 pk, but had a little trouble with the checkout Thurs night (bad day for PayPal?) ... ordered them this morning though .... out of the pot calls though (drat), but hope to have one in the vest next spring.   Good job Jason ...

Couldn't pay one to gobble. Went to a known travel feed route cluck&purr for three hours at a stint...NADA. Fresh sign so I know they heard me???Henned up,windy and tons of boot tracks make for a hush mouth Tom. No worries though. Got a 2000acre spot lined up in Northport in a couple weeks. Taking out the guy who's Uncle owns it along with Mrs. Tamer. Hope to put them behind a couple.

Nice birds! Curious though do you throw em whole on ice so you can get group pics and not worry about the meat? We've always been skeptical and process them right away. It would be cool to get a group shot at the end of our trip with all our birds though.

In our camp...we gut them entirely and remove crop (crop can taint breast meat)..then pack cavity with ice in sanwich baggies.  We keep them in shade or in cooler. Never had a bad tasting turkey. :)
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!
