Be very careful in that area the lines are easy to cross.  I dont think you can hunt at Rattlesnake but I could be wrong.  Call this lady she is the fish and wildlife agent that works that area she knows it well.  That is a busy area, Ive always seen 5-7 trucks every time I been by.

Well lets think here are 90 percent of us going to drive to the eastside to hunt for 2 days and drive back and show up at work in your hunting gear? No so why not hunt local and GMU 454 holds like 80 percent of the state's population! thats the good thing about living in Seattle after work I can drive 40 min's and be in a clearcut hunting and then be back in the hustle and bustle of Seattle. Also in units 454 and 460 alot of hunting regulations, private property, and alot of other grey area's!   :P

i agree it''s totally logical...i think the number of posts re: 454/460/other local units around here is just a sign of how big the site is getting and how many people are coming here looking for guidance/help/pointers.

good luck out there.
