I sort of ramble on too much.  Basically Elksnout and Diehard hit it right on the nose.  Couldn't agree more.

I'd be better with As Is if the regs were enforced a bit better...like ROAD CLOSURES!  I HATE hearing the Putt Putt of an ATV 3-4 miles back on a CLOSED road...when I hiked in and some corpulent A$$ on a quad rolls past stating that HE hasnt seen an elk ALL DAY..Just not any HERE...while I've seen 15-20 bulls but no spikes.

What we have here is...Washington Department of NO Fish and WATCHABLE Wildlife.
 
WDFW is going farther and farther backwards....we need FISH AND GAME back!
