Was my reaction as well - not that I ever bought into the story line hype in the first place. 
It was decent bread but I got tired of it; I'm not so sure the quality didn't take a hit as the popularity rose?

At any rate I don't think it's worth the $5 bill.

The company isn't going anywhere. They will clear 50 million in sales this year. Dave isn't an integral part of the company. His absence won't affect a thing.

I like bread that costs about half what they charge for Dave's.  I sent a link to the article to my wife hoping she would be disgusted with the guy and stop buying it, but predictably it didn't work. :chuckle:
