Thanks everybody! So here's the story, we had been scouting for 4 days and seen 4 cows and 6 bulls. We got into the area at 6:15 so we waited till 6:25 and started driving, we got to the top of the mountain and I tell my dad "stop" and start glassing, I go holy cap there's a cow right there. It was about 225 yrds Up hill with a 30-06 and a 180 grain bullet I use it on everything. So I get out and I put a shell in my gun and shoot she hunches up runs about 20 yards up hill and I put one in her again. And I keep looking at her and she is stagger stepping backwards, and sorry dad but "her head went over her ass" and she flopped over. Then my dad is pulling forward in the truck and there is a bull standing there right next to my cow (they both had ear tags mine was 95 and the bull was 119) so my dad calls up these old timer guys and there about 3 ridges over, and these other guys show up on the wait and it was a taxidermist from tri cities, they called at the bull it was a cool sight. The taxidermist passed on the bull and about the time he passed the old timers showed up and he looked at the bull and looked at it, then he finally said I'll go get a closer look so the guy that was calling had went up there with him well the bull had bedded down, the two guys got his attention and the bull stood up and the old timer guy shot him and you could see steam rolling out of the bull on both sides 300 yards away. Then we're all standing there on the landing saying "did he kill it?" After about 30 seconds you hear "wwwwwaaaaahhhhooooo". Then the work began we quartered the cow up and went home.

Id like to send out a huge thanks to benhuntin, bear nature, jls and james for all the help and info on this hunt. It was a good fun hunt and to watch the bull get shot was the icing on the cake. 2 moose down 50 yards apart, sweet deal. it was nice to be able to pass on a little help for all the help we recieved. You folks over there are some of the nicest people we have ever met. every one we ran into up there took our number and said they would give us a call if they seen something or if we needed help getting it out they would give us a hand. We would have had to cut the quarters in 2 to give everyone that offered to help something to pack out.  and by the way im wigeonwhackers dad.
