probably why it was scheduled for Oct 14...during mod deer season when a few are getting in an evening hunt and can't make it.

Geeze, I was over here for the Colville meeting and will be over on the Eastside for the Lynnwood meeting.  Hate to think they planned the meeting  when they knew a lot of hunters would be out hunting, but it sure looks suspicious.  Honestly I'm not sure these meeting aren't anything other lip service anyway.

:chuckle: Heck, I'd come back from the eastside to see the expression on peoples faces in the room if they tongue in cheek started the meeting with that announcement. Guess a person ought to go to the meeting and stand up and say they'd heard a rumor that one was being established there.

If you want to talk at the meeting they have you fill out a form at the front door w/your name and what questions you have then they will call you up to the mike. I don't think that there will be to much cat calling at that meeting like the one in colville.

I will do my best to go and will try to bring a few other hunters with me. Thanks for posting this, trapp01.

PA BEN: You're probably right, but it seems strange to make someone write down their questions at the door, prior to the meeting. My questions would vary depending on the tone of the meeting, but I'll try to anticipate ahead of time what they will talk about I suppose.

Lie on the paper you filled out at the door. Just like the WDFW does to us. Then ask what you want, that's what I'd do. Of course, they might fine you or take away your crappy Discover Pass for doing so............ :chuckle:
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

It would be a free for all if they didn't do it that way. Meeting would get out of control with hands up and people just asking questions who already spoke. The game dept. meeting on the new regs. in Colville was a free for all, people stepping on other people while others had their hand up and not getting to speak. They gave 3 min.s a person at the Colville meeting.

"Oh boy? Great timing!!! Another great WDFW plan!?!?"

NOPE, that is just NORMAL tactics of government agency's and their fulfilling the "Public Meeting" laws.

You schedule "knowing" when the greatest threat towards your agenda CAN'T attend.
The only good tree, is a stump!
