One hell of a salmon season!
« on: December 15, 2014, 08:35:30 PM »
One to remember for sure! I learned some new techniques, revived some old ones, and crushed them on the tried and true ones. The highlight of the season for me was taking my brother who doesn't fish much and having a 50 hook up day on coho and kings. Probably the best day ive ever had and surely his best day ever. I cant remember many trips where we hooked less than double digits. Even got some of those funny looking coho the last couple weeks.  ;) looking forward to the cold wind and rain. :chuckle:

This entire season has been off the hook  The ocean season reminded me of the way the fishing was back in the late 60's and early 70's.

Nice job on the fish

Probably more good to come next year.
