Updated info Cascade taxidermy!! Please read
« on: May 27, 2015, 03:23:05 PM »
Hello all, I talked to our fish and wildlife officers about what was laying in the  shop and how Nathan won't get back to us. What  they said to me was.... It is now a civil matter now through the county. Us as clients would need to file paperwork through small claims court. As for as your trophies in his shop???? They will be disposed of in the local landfill after they clean the property off. The house and business establishment is in foreclosure.  The officer in charge of this case is looking further into this unfortunate situation. I'll let you all know what I hear. Please voice yourself to the county so we can at least get our memories back instead of them just dumping them. I  apologize for this post I just feel I should let the public know who is a client of cascade taxidermy.

I think if you have some sort of proof an animal is yours such as a picture or something they should let you get your animal also with whoever else has animals there. Thats real crappy of them just to say they are just going to dump them

After seeing the original post last week, I thought of my son in law who picked up his 2013 deer from Nathan in early April, but i had to call and inform him of the situation.

Come to find out, his father has a bull elk in there  :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:  he tried to track nathan down and went to the property too and he said it was all cleaned out  :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:

Hope there is some resilution to this.

Seems like to me, you'd of gotten a receipt for you animal when you took it in for his services, they are supposed to do that, with all the WDFW ID numbers, so the WDFW could check his books. Right ?
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I asked every question I could think of to the officer and he said since it's a "theft" issue it is now a civil matter. Only advice I got was for us clients to get together and argue our case in small claims court

Maybe find out the name of the Bank that's foreclosing?
Very scary.....aren't the tags required to stay with the animal?

Tag
Old enough to know better.
Young enough to go for it.

Just received a call from someone named Jean  helping Nathan    She says he is extremely Ill and under a Physician's care, she will be at the shop at noon till 5 on Saturday to give back peoples stuff and also said she is calling everyone to let them Know this. I know this sucks  as far as loss of money goes but at least if we can get our stuff back that's something ( I have 4500 ) in this with prob nothing other than retrieval of  my capes
