Has anyone heard of any of the 6 conflict reduction Olympic goat tags? Just curious

Solo, I was PM'd by the husband of a tag holder on Thursday.  Will ask if they want their info passed on if interested.

That's enough for me. Just hadn't heard anything about them. Congrats to them. HUNT... Do you know the area well? Pm me and I can tell you what I know. Or anyone who has those tags.

Here is my 7 year old that was unable to go with us because he came down with a cold just before the hunt along with myself as we drop off my moose at the taxidermist.

Kettle Range-East Okanogan Any Moose with 20 points
(Also drew ML-Upper Smith Creek Cow, MF-Skagit Quality Deer, and MF-Palouse Buck)

Skagit quality that's a weird area for a quality tag.  :dunno:

If we get early snow that would not be good for you.  :twocents:

Yeah, not really quality in terms of antlers, but I used to love hunting up there with my cousins around Ross Lake during the late hunts they used to have.  I did kill a big 5x7 blacktail up near the Ross Lake powerline above Buster Brown Flat in 85, but mostly it was just fun hunting and with snow it was actually even better.  Tom used to let us hunt out of the Ross Lake resort with him after they were closed for the season.  The unfortunate thing is I drew the Late Palouse whitetail tag too and it's probably the better tag.  I always look at quality as fewer hunters, better hunt timing, and good numbers of deer/bucks.  The Palouse tag has all that and it's much closer to home.  I got lucky and killed my moose on Oct 1st, so I'll probably be going deer hunting in November after all.

Congrats Highside74, that's a damn fine looking bull.  Very nice.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
