Plus 3 and 4 ft waves in the straights. It should settle down by then.

OK, wasn't sure if that was what you meant.  I'm sure it will be colder by then.   ;)  The waves don't bother me, as long as I can get to shore.   ;)

Thanks for the update.

You know I've heard the 'The waves are no big deal " before until you are in them.

Pretty safe to say Lokidog has been in some waves too.

I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Welcome back.  I'm hoping to get over there after the first week of archery elk.

Thanks sir.. Things got a little hectic there! Well keep me in the loop.. I'd love to take photos for you and perhaps even haul some meat if nothing else!

Thanks, hoping to get started on the scouting in a week and a half.  Started working on the "extra" boat trailer today and it looks like it will need more work than I expected.   Lots of corrosion around the bunk brackets, all the way through in spots.  :(

I've gotten the bow dialed in, but now need to get a new string for it as well.

Didnt you just get that bow a year or 2 ago? Im pretty sure i shoot more than you and got 4 years on a used string! just replaced it with a custom made one At Riverside Archery.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

2011, that bow has been to the Yukon and northern Saskatchewan.  The serving has come loose inside the D-loop, still holds the nocks but they are looser.
