Alaska Report
« on: August 31, 2015, 08:16:47 PM »
Since I haven't posted since I moved up north this summer I figured I'd post a fishing report with some pics. Been doing good on silvers, reds and slots of pinks(most released) our limit up here is 6 per day in the mouth or snagged. Most caught on pixes or blue foxes. Freezer is full already and about to buy another. Fish count 6 reds, 1 kings, 163 pinks(24 kept since I couldn't release cleanly) and 23 silvers and counting with a few yellow eye and halibut for good luck.

It's fine to keep pinks, as long as you are repurposing them as bait.

I hate you a little more every day. Beautiful fish and scenery, bud. Thanks for sharing.

I've been travelling back and forth to Alaska danged near every other year to see relatives and fish for the last 30 years and I always keep the pinks, I even have my cousin keep all his he catches, can them babies up and make salmon patties, you'll never know they are Pinks!
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.
