The first day he said that he thought his body made every noise it possibly could.  I think it did... however, there was no puking.   :chuckle:

He is the first in the family to shoot a deer with a crossbow.     I told him there are probably less than 500 people in WA that have shot a deer with one, though that's just a guess.

On days when the fudge factory workers have to bleed the methane valves it can get rather noisy  :o

I'd be surprised if there are more than 100 people in Washington that have killed bucks with a crossbow!  Time to teach dad how to do it right.  He'll get there sooner or later.  You just have to be patient with him...he's old!  :chuckle:

I thought island deer were suppose to be small.  That buck is a brute!!  Well done little cousin
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

You'll probably kill a lot more deer in your life, but that one will be the most memorable!!!  Congratulations I'm happy for you.

Great job, young man.  That looks like a Barnett Jackal crossbow. What type of scope do you have on it ?

You are right! The scope came with the crossbow.
