Again, if it's all over the net, apparently, and other people are sharing like a wildfire then why not just post it here. I'm sure all million people on Facebook didn't ask permission to share the pic or repost it. Just saying...
For me it's respect as far as others they can deal with the consequence's...

Technically its illegal to 'share' someone else's photo without the copyright holders expressed consent, but some images such as memes have an implicit consent that they're meant to be reposted. A copyright logo is NOT required to be watermarked on an image to be copyrighted, but to me it makes it clear it is not authorized for redistribution. Technically its NOT illegal to post someones image on the internet for non commercial purposes but I won't do it without their consent. A little common sense and common courtesy goes a long ways.

I've seen the pics.

It's a 1  1/2 year old two point.  Outside spread is about 14".

I'm sticking with this until someone posts a pic.

:yeah:
Good news is the thread is only 2 pages long.  It has gone from "have you seen it or heard of it?" to "I have heard about it" to "I have seen it" to an actually description of the frame and inches.  Can't be long before someone actually posts a photo of it.  Right now it is a battle of respect to the shooter. Some respect the shooter enough to not even mention, others enough to not show the photo but say they have seen it, and some to respect them enough to say they have seen the photo and even describe the animal. Maybe by page 4 everyone will know what it actually looks like.

I am with Nock Nock, Griz321's post of his dad's buck ruined me.  That is the one that I keep going back to look at, what a deer.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

If it's "all over the net" and Facebook then it should be easy to find. :dunno:

After comparing pics with a buddy, there are two, but both still look to be upper 160's, maybe right at 170 4x4's.

Personally I won't post someone else's pictures unless they ask me to. It's a respect thing in my eyes. It doesn't matter to me what the rest of the world is doing.

I know jack, I guess a better explanation was in order on my part. I was referring to those that stated they seen it on another social media site being shared or all over and if so, then why not post a link? I was not referring to those that were sent the pic that know the person or know a person who knows the person or the person that knows the person that knows the person. Again, to clarify I do not support sharing if it was specifically shared with you and you were asked not to share, come on, I've made that request and shared and have been shared with and out of respect I don't share, or even say I've seen or shared out of respect.  :o. I think that about clarifies it... :dunno: :chuckle:

A link to the Facebook page of the relative that posted the pic probably would get nowhere near seeing the pic, since the page has privacy settings blocking people that aren't friends from seeing pictures.
