Just gotta ask, curious, why tag this thread?  I don't get the 'tag' post.

That's so every time someone posts a post, I get a reminder. Otherwise, it gets lost in the thousands of posts

Hunted this unit for the first time last season. I had elk encounters everyday and really enjoyed my time. Put about 60 miles on the boots in 7 days of hunting so you'll have your work cut out for you if you don't have horses. I spent my time of the south side of the unit. Hoping to draw the bull tag this year with 13 points.

Looks like a they're increasing the number of tags this year by a substantial amount for the bumbing and a few others.

From what I saw looks like they are keeping it the same.
Where did you see that at?

I don't know. Maybe its just talk :dunno:
That is an interesting read. They show no proposed changes in the proposed regs. Unless they are talking antlerless I didn't look at those I was just looking at bull/quality permits

When the lion kill is that high, how do they justify no hound hunting?

Hound hunting was banned by a statewide vote of the uneducated public.

Some of them held hunting licenses. These same "Elitist Hunters" voted to ban foothold traps.
Did Trump hurt your feelings?
