yes sir, i have quite a few photos from my guiding job that i would like to share. trouble is,, i dont know anything about how to do this.. not being sarcastic, but i could not even follow your directions, no matter how well written. i have only had a computer for a month, and well, that pretty well explains it.. all of the pics are more than 2000 kb...

upload them to photobucket.com, it will resize them properly for you.
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

For you guys hesitating to post pics for all of us to enjoy, worry not, you aint going to break anything. You can upload pictures to this website by pushing a few buttons and bam, picture is uploaded, and we will all "Oooh...and Ahhh.." your pictures.

Let's call this the Bonehead Approach, works for me...

GOAL NUMBER 1: RELOCATE AND RESIZE YOUR PICTURES FIRST
Resize your pictures on your computer first, here is how....
I have created a folder on my desktop, and copy any photo I want to post, into this folder. This allows me to resize it for the internet without messing with the originals. Resize it using any photo editing software, to lets say 150kb for dial up users like myself. Leave this folder open on your taskbar. Now go to the post you want to add the photo to...

GOAL NUMBER 2: SEND YOUR PICTURE TO THIS WEBSITE
Submitting your photo with a reply...
Start your reply to the post. You must select "reply" at bottom of the post, not Quick reply. After you type your text for your reply, select Additional Options, a drop down menu shows up, an "Attach: " cell shows up, you will click on the Browse button. This button forces you to look for your picture on your computer you want to add to the post.... Search and look above "My Computer", look for the "Desktop", select it, and now look for the folder you created earlier with your resized photos...select this folder. The folder opens, and select the picture you wish to post. The name of the photo will populate in the cell, and you select "open". By doing so, you have given Huntwa the address of where the picture you want posted is, on your computer.

You will see this "address" of the photo show up in the Attach: cell.

Now select "Post" and wait while your photo uploads into Huntwa, if you have dialup like me, it takes a minute, so wait and don't fiddle with anything.

I have the same problem, I can download pics to other sites with ease but still can't figure out how to do it on this one!  Dumb I guess!
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

Your pic is probably to big. use this site. It's easy to use http://www.picresize.com/ Just brouse to where your pic is select it , click on quick resize and select 75% smaller and the click resize. You will then save to your desktop or wherever you want to save it and then attach when creating a message. Easy after the first time. Ping me if you need help.

First time trying this website to resize and it is pretty simple.

You could send a photo by private message by copying and pasting the link from where your photo is located on Photobucket. (or other photo hosting site)
