For information about current conditions at Eloika, you might try calling Jerry's Landing (509) 292-2337 or from outside the Spokane/Elk area 1-(888) 292-2337.  They can give you the up-to-the-minute conditions as well as advice about fishing Eloika.  Good luck.

Banks Lake...18" at coulee city....10-14" at north end.  USBOR pumping water in at canal which make ice crack and heave...be careful.  Most protected bays are the safest...
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

Eloika is good.  They've been fishing it all winter and the perch have been hitting real well.  I don't know how thick the ice is, but it is plenty thick, most nights are low single digits and some below zero.

I was out at eloika a few days ago, 16+ of ice where I drilled. Was on Silver Lake yesterday, I fished on the deeper breaks and there was 7+ and 9+ shallower.

I fished Bead Lake 2-1-09 and there was about 10" of ice there, although the fish weren't biting, not that I am a Burbot/Mackinaw afficionado.  I might try it again this weekend as long as it stays plenty cold.
