When are you all firing this thing up?

Carp Commander is who we give our dogs to.  He takes them and does the rest and sells them.  You'd have to talk to him about $, etc.  We simply give them to him.

Tomorrow I am picking up my Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmore. I've got a scope for it. Suggestions on what bullets to use on coyotes that will be pelt friendly?

With larger calibers we have always had better luck with heavier well constructed bullets.

Those should work. At longer distances the "heavy for caliber" bullets do surprisingly little damage with few run offs.

bump.... parked a scope on my new coyote getter this morning and got her sighted in before work.... Took the ATF a dang week to approve the transfer they delayed me  :dunno: maybe the WDFW outsources their permitting to the same guy that approves transfers at the ol' BATFE
