Easton FMJ vs FMJ 5mm
« on: August 02, 2016, 12:28:06 PM »
New bow, new arrows this year. Been shooting Easton FMJ 340's

Went to sportsmans for a dozen more today, had them cut to length.

Got home. Appear to be same arrow but have 5mm stamped on them. outer Diameter appears to be the same, but inside diameter looks smaller... I can't seem to find good enough information on these two compared.

Any thoughts? I was down to only 4 of my original FMJs. Wondering to stick with these new 5mm or go thru the whole return deal.

Thanks!

Tag. I love my FMJ's, hope they aren't phasing them out to something new.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Easton came out with a new FMJ that is 6mm.  You have the same ones you had before.

Not to be one of those guys, but...it took about two minutes to look that up on Easton's web site.   :bash:

I guess I'm one of those guys after all.  :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Hey no worries. I did actually look thru the site and multiple others. Must have been one of those things that was just under my nose and I couldn't see it.

I actually just got off the phone with Easton, and they confirmed that they indeed are the exact same arrow.

And now, this thread will help other semi-lazy people like me who ever have the same question
