Lake Roosevelt
« on: August 24, 2016, 04:08:00 PM »
Going over to the Keller Ferry area of Roosevelt this weekend, anybody have either a fishing report { going to target Kokanee} or a smoke report in the area from the fires up north. Thanks.

No smoke on that part of the lake.  A lot of the kokes have moved up river, but there are still some good ones to be had.

Middle part of the lake. I'm sure they are one the bite down lower also.  We used crawler harnesses with bottom walkers in about 50 ft. of water. Mostly good "eater" size with a few nice one mixed in. Good Luck..

Kokanee has slowed significantly.  The ones that are there are  roughly 100 feet down.
