You guys can't even give him a little crap for getting old?  Geez.  :)

I'm sure it won't be long before his hair is either gone or has turned grey.......needs reading glasses, easily gets backaches, starts forgetting things.....

damn.....I forgot the other points I was going to make.  :o

 :chuckle:
Oh that?  You are right, grey hair coming and dog gone it if I didn't need reading glasses two months after turning 40.  After my lasic surgery I thought no more glasses.  Doctor crushed my dreams when he said I would need readers right around forty.  I thought no way but he was right.

You also bruise way easier and it takes a lot longer to recover from a fall or tweaking your back.

There's a couple of other things but they have slipped my mind as well.

I think we need another party for those hitting 50 this year.  I will be in December.  This party should be at a place like Perkins, with coffee, egg whites, and whole wheat toast, and a bathroom close buy for the old guys who have to make frequent visits.  Believe me, it only goes downhill after 40.   :'(

I made 50 in July.  I would also support a get together for that.  50 hasn't been gentle to me so it deserves to be recognized.  LOL...

I'm not going to jack this thread. Besides, I'm kinda kidding.  Perkins?  I do need reading glasses now, but Perkins can wait!

I do plan on being at the celebration!

Well, here I am. Made it to 40. Thats pretty close to 50, just a hop and a skip away. Trump is in, kids are growing up, and darn if that hairline is getting thinner. Oh well, bring on the Skookum soon,  ill be doing some prefunking with the G2 in preparation and giving the liver a pep talk on the way.

 If it was the Carl I am thinking of I have had a frosty barley pop with him before at a couple of Mule Deer Foundation meetings.

Sounds like you had a birthday month, way to play it for all it's worth.

Yup, and I think it's about time for another.   :brew:

I was off by 1 weekend for H20's party.  I'm glad we could get together and make up for it.
