I have 5 points for spring bear. Just waiting to find the time to go. I know 3 different guys that have hunted the blues in the spring. They are easier to find in the spring because they have to feed on green grass to get there digestive system jump started after hybernation. Fall bears are eating anything and everything.

I think I'm up to 6pts for the blues tags, hopefully this is the year. They can be easier to find in the spring....IF you're in the right area. if you find the right area in the fall it can be great. The snow pack will determine spring success rates.

Here's hoping you get drawn instead of me :dunno:  I need to ration my vacation time since the multiseason draw :bash:

Would like to drop my first bear this spring. As far as vacation time I have about 140hrs built up so I need to take some time off and what a great way to take it.

I am applying for CF (close to home) with 5 points, but because it is last year for CF and next year 501 will be added (where I live) I hope I dont get drawn.

140...not bad. You are catching up with me. Since I put in for points I may be able to lend a hand depeding on what you get drawn for.

Sounds good BTKR. With only 2 points I dont think I will draw but have high hopes for getting on this general season.
