I'm hopefull these new additions will be enough to get this core of good players over the top and back into the playoffs.

That article sure takes a positive spin on the questionable roster moves we have made. Hoping for the best, life long M's fan, but I have not been impressed by Dipato thus far.

The only thing questionable i see is walker because of his upside and age..He's made alot of good moves and don't see any Adam jones type moves...We got somthing back in all of them and could be the type of moves to push us into the playoffs

Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

We are going to win 96 games and the AL west this year. I am so looking forward to listening to playoff games while hunting this fall

I like the moves. Lots of speed, big improvement on defense, and he kept the productive offensive players. Pitching is the only question for me. You never know how that's going to shake out.

At spring training last year, I was amazed at the talk over Tyler ONeill.  Everybody in the Mariners organization is in love with him.  Can't wait to see the progress.  And as far as this yr goes.  I think we make the playoffs in a tight race IF Felix is Felix again.

One can hope

He's not even close.  Both Bryce and Trout debuted when they were barely 19.  They were all-stars before they were able to legally drink a beer.  Their major league talent was incredibly obvious.  I'm pretty sure that Harper was on the cover of SI when he was 15.  O'Neil might turn out to be a great player but to compare him to those two is just dumb.  I know that M's fans are hoping for a franchise game changer, but come on people.

Yea but saying he could be the next Jesus Montero or Logan Morrison won't get many people to read the article.
