I like drying morals then putting them through a coffee grinder to powder them. They last a long time like that and a spoonful into soups or stews is great. :hello:
I've slowed down enough in my old age to finally let the game catch up to me

Ran into some while looking for bears. Never picked one this big this early.

With morels that are large, 3" or more, you can cut off the white stem and stuff them with a mixture of crabmeat and mozzarella cheese. Once you stuff them, pre-heat the oven to 400, brush them with butter, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Season with a little salt and go nuts! These are super-tasty.
