Do the Palouse catfish bight in the winter?

I think the Snake River cats would bite....the Palouse should be too shallow for them (that time of year).

I hope you jack wagons figure out how to catch fish this time so I don't have to feed you all my fish and win all the prizes and pretty much just kick your ass in everything, well everything besides juicy clams and hot sauce, Rasbo has those figured out.

the Palouse was froze up Monday...
the snake was frozen all the way acrossed at Lyons and Central Ferry a week ago, before it warmed up
