Which Lighted Nock?
« on: August 28, 2018, 11:07:24 AM »
I ordered up a pack of the Glory Nocks to try out as they were talked highly of by those attending and reviewing the ATA.  I have read a bunch of reviews and there are a lot of negative comments about all the brands such as Lumenok and  Firenocks.

What is everyone using, and what is performing well?  Thanks.

Be careful with the lighted nocks...they will pull back your FOC and may effect your tuning.  I was looking at them too, but they are significantly heavier than the plastic nock they are replacing.

I use Rage Nockturnals, 18 grain total weight.  Have had good success with them.

Thanks good to know, I might buy and not use until next year when I have more time to tune and tweak.
Actually liking how my bow is shooting now and don't want to mess that up with so few days until the season.

I've shot Nocturnals since they became legal.  I have had no problems and used AA to verify my set up.  The new versions are 20 grains, not sure about the universals on the weight for those but my X nocks are 20.  They light up as advertised and as a surprise my test one had 33 hours of output.
