How far into 10 were you able to get?  I have been itching to drive down and check out snow/road conditions, but have been holding off.  PM me if you prefer.  Thanks!!

Heard a few wolves last weekend. I have been seeing lots of wolf crap while out and about. Only a matter of time until I see one.

If you're serious about killing some wolfs you may want to consider joining this organization http://foundationforwildlifemanagement.org/story.html. They provide expense reimbursement for harvest and the amount varies from $500 for most areas and up to &750 I believe in some areas. You also may be able to get in contact with some folks with good knowledge of that area.

Your link didn't work for me or was broken, I found another link here

I was just over there last week Thurs-Sun, meant to send ya a message before we headed over but forgot. Glad you finally got to see one, now time to lay one down! We saw one fairly fresh set of tracks but did see a ton of fresh cat sign!

Had a  3 week stretch where the wolves were shutting the coyotes up at night. They ran the coyotes out for a bit.

Another season of scouting is in the books. Had to cut the fun short this summer due to education goals.

Found a lot of wolf crap, seen a lot of tracks, heard wolves, Talked to locals about wolves, and had co workers give me some valuable wolf Intel including gps locations of the drainage with most wolf activity last winter.

Still open for pm's if anyone has information.

I have a favorable class schedule this fall and plan on hitting the ground hard once the snow flies. I'm definitely feeling like luck is on my side and this is the winter I'll shoot one.

Well the time to get serious has arrived. Finally have a weekend freed up. Headed down to check cams and do some fishing tonight and then head for the steep part of the rain forest in the morning. I was told bulls are talking so wolves should be out and about.

Seen a lot of sign and heard wolves where I'm headed to back in July so that's a start. Also had a pilot that was gracious enough to give me some coordinates of where he seen wolves this summer.

Hunt bugling elk.  My experience this year in Id is elk bugle, wolves come and kill them.  Elk shut up.  Hell they surround hunt camps and howl.  If wolves are better I hate to see em at their worse.  It really was frustrating.  Kill em all!
MAGA!  Again..

Shot 2' under one this morning at first light. There were 3 together. Off to a different area!

They are where the elk are! Right on top of the bulls!
