I refuse to support the tribe in anyway.  So. Went to the Desert 100 instead.  Fully support RMEF but should have never been at the casino imo.

I went to the Enumclaw one last year and don't plan to go again.  Too rich for my blood.  May as well have just written a check to RMEF.  At least then I'd have gotten the free knife I'd sell at a garage sale.

 I skip a lot of these banquets for that exact reason. It's not just RMEF, I don't go the the DU stuff anymore for the same reason.
You'd think if these organizations wanted to increase their membership they'd find a better venue.
They talk about all the help they do but it sends a mixed message as to who they are helping.

This was the first time I have attended a RMEF banquet that was hosted at a tribal facility.  Next year it will be at the fairgrounds in Puyallup I believe, I guess no one will have an excuse to miss it then.

No, but that table with the little old lady that won the rifle was on a roll.  I honestly didn't see much stuff I could use this year.  We are planning on doing the mule deer foundation banquet in May as well Ross.
