Cougar
« on: April 06, 2017, 01:34:55 PM »
Was shed hunting earlier this week and stumbled up behind a cougar sleeping behind what I though was a deer kill. Turns out it was another sleeping cougar. Only cell phone quality pictures, but I doubt ill see something like that again anytime soon.

Very, very cool.  Those were some racked out cats! Find any shed?

Found an old one on the way out, spent more time watching the cats than shed hunting that day. Watched them keep an eye on a group of elk on the opposite hill for well over two hours. No idea how I got near them without them knowing, pretty windy day must have just not heard me.
