Congrats!  Taking your wife hunting in the fall is the best way to ensure future children's birthdays occur earlier in the year!   
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Speaking from experience: if you have a fall wedding, the first thing you will hear from family "that's opening day". Trust me. (I'm a stick flicker so didn't bother me any)

One of my wife's friends got married on the archery opener two years back. She wasn't even in the bridal party and I still had to go. We don't see that friend much anymore.
