I love seeing a dead gobbler with a fan in perfect condition! Its not easy waiting for that clean shot!Nice job!

Beautiful Merriams!  Perfect tail.   I have to ask, while hunting, did you wear that blue hat?  I've heard, many times, to never wear red or blue while turkey hunting because the gobbler's head is those colors and another hunter might make an mistake.    Congratulations, either way.

yeah I was wearing it. I've heard that too and I didn't even think about it when I grabbed it. I was hunting private land that no one else had access to though.
