I've had a couple people asking for a weight, I'm not positive yet....but I'm guessing 320 live weight. I weighed the head and hide and it came in @ 75lbs and the carcass is pretty close to 200. I'll try to get an accurate weight. The beauty is there's zero meat loss.

He's a stud.  How fat was he?  I cannot imagine what he would've been like in the fall.

That is bad ass! I have killed 3 bears with my 45 Colt revolver but none that close or with a semi-auto.

Some of my friends and I have jokingly talked about starting a Bear Baculum Brotherhood. To join you have to wear the baculum through your nose like this guy. I say you start the Brotherhood. What say you High Country?
