I too thought it was hard to draw but after looking at the point spread by hunt category/choice it's not as hard as I thought for the muzzle bull tag.  I have 17 bull points. I figure I have about a 20% chance and that's pretty good compared to the other tags.
I had 21 points last year, didn't draw the muzzy, but Wdfw might like you?!

Jerry,
Why would you say that about your game dept? You're pretty much their poster child  :IBCOOL:

is there a good spot to hunt on the kapowsin border?

You draw and I'll answer that question with instructions. Prepare to hike is all I'll say.

I don't think I need to worry about too much snow during the muzzy season do u?
It depends a lot of the weather and snow level. Hunting up by the PCT can be great unless it's snowed in.

I had the spring bear tag once and man! is the kapowsin the best!  I've never seen that many elk on the west side and with such a high bull to cow ratio.

Drew it 5 years ago, killed  a 5 point, lots of elk and I didn't buy the permit and glad I didn't. My only choice also. Draw it and I will get you some info. Even lend you my maps. modern for me

Not sure how you figure you have 20% chance of drawing this year....more likely have 20% chance of drawing it in next 5 to 10 years.

I'm talking about the muzzy bull tag NOT quality. have u looked at the points spread by hunt choice and/or hunt name/ category?.  I have 17 points. I understand there is the random/luck factor that messes it all %'s up.
I have developed an equation that has been validated by Out Door Central and wdfw.
just joking...lol.
