My first time bow hunting off twisp river road, suggetions? tips?
« on: September 04, 2017, 07:09:33 AM »
I have been shooting bow for a year, have never hunted with it yet, I will be staying 9 miles up twisp river road in a cabin on river where I have permission to hunt. Any other suggestions as to where to go hunt, seems like lots of area to travel around,  and other tips or advice for when I'm there, things to bring, will be hunting the sept 13-15. thanks in advance

Pretty slim pickings here, you may want to bring your on deer. :chuckle:Face mask with oxygen would also be helpful.

Welcome to the site.

Hopefully the private land on the river holds huntable deer population for you.   Iif it's on the river, you're half way home.

Getting other access could be difficult, so I'd concentrate on your spot if it has any good sign.

Populations are down...... as mentioned.

Be patient.

Good luck!

Good luck, and above all have fun.
